Also contained in this latest image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
